Then therapy is probably the solution for you.
To talk, get insights and experiment with new behavoir are steps in therapy, they help you to feel better. New sources within you will be found, some of which you didn't know you had. Therapy is a process of development in which subjects, that can be painful and confronting, come along. You need courage to go that way. But in the end it will lead to more knowledge about yourself and to be more in control. Personally, it statisfies me to help en support someone in that process of becoming a human who is liberated and happier than before.
